With every order placed on our website, we ask customers an optional short series of questions to try and find out why they placed the order with us and what, if anything, we could do better on our website and as a company.

We are extremely proud to share that aside from price being a deciding factor, many people state that before ordering, they called us up and were impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and professional we were as a company, and specifically about Silent Gliss products.

We believe we can put this down to how passionate and committed each of our staff are. We sell Silent Gliss products day in, day out, and everyone who works here has physical experience in using multiple Silent Gliss models. Not only this but we also sell a wide range of other window furnishings for residential as well as commercial customers, so we're highly likely to be able to answer your questions from our previous experience.

Everyone here has used our demonstration Autoglide 5090 track in our showroom, and most of us have shown customers how to program the Autoglide Timer, as well as given demonstrations of the Autoglide Remote Control system.
